Scott Purdie and Shoshana Goldfrom USA, and Fred from Hong Kong, had bought the children in The Murry Orphan Home and Harka Self-Sustaining Orphan Home, according to their needs. They bought balls (volleyballs, basketballs and etc.), color pens, drawing pads, books, and other stationary. They hope the gifts can be helpful to the learning and growth of the children.

In addition, Scott brought 2 Polaroid cameras and a hundred of instant films to take everyone a picture of them. Fred, who had stayed in the orphanage for three weeks, had taken more than a thousand photos. He printed out hundreds of them and made sure everyone, including staff and teachers, can get at least a nice picture of their own.
Scott was taking picture & Shoshana was helping to line up the students.
